Tiredness!

Didn't had a proper rest ever since 08th to 14th March!
Had ITE College East Year 1 Semester 2 Exam, plus IT Show @ Suntec City Conventional Halls.
Didn't had both my lunch and dinner during IT Show from 11th to 14th March.
How amazing. Luckily I'm still able to survive.

Supposingly today should be working at Best Denki Roadshow @ IMM but I requested to take off for today to have a proper rest. Shall resume back to work at Best Denki Roadshow @ IMM tomorrow onwards until this Sunday.

Well, nothing much to say about the exam last week. Just pray hard that I'll be able to do well.
All I could do now is to work full-time though I'm having holidays until 12th April.

Study, Work, Study, Work, so-on and so-forth. . .

First day of school, reached lecture theatre at 9am on the dot, and continued the rest of the lessons for the day. I am quite totally pissed off when I received Writing for Business CA2 report writing of 800 to 1000 words project assignment which will be dued on 22nd Jan, and I actually even asked some of my friends who study other ITE campus but same course, they received much earlier before the school vacation. What a joke!

Well, first day of the school where January intake students enrolled into ITE College East. I should have skipped the first three days of school where all the January intake students are having their freshmen orientation, yet majority of my classmates were involved such as CCA Fair, Orientation Bridge Leaders etc, and nothing to be taught by the lecturers. Thus, first week of the school, the lessons which I have study are Banking & Financial Services, Intermediate Accounting, and Service Excellence.

Thursday night went down to play basketball at Yuhua with the old usual basketball clique as JiaMing and Ginny flew back to Singapore from America for a week or so. After that, went for an hour of jogging around Jurong East and Jurong West neighbourhood areas.

Yesterday, I thought of something which came across in my mind, which is to try out cooking spaghetti. In the afternoon went to meet YongBiao at Jurong Point for a chat, shopped around and went to buy ingredients to cook spaghetti to surprise my mum. After we had our dinner, my mum praised me for my cooking and said it was delicious.

Today, did my own household chores by cleaning up and mopping the whole house, after that went to take a shower and then revise Banking & Finanical Services CA2 exams for this coming Monday awhile. Later on, I'm going to meet my secondary schoolmates to play basketball as usual.

One sad thing is, GCE O level results will be released on 11th January 2010, 2pm.

I think and think and think over for umpteen times, and finally decided that, I will continue to finish my 2 years of ITE Higher NITEC in Accounting course, and then heading on to serve NS for 2 years. After that, I will be going to take ACCA or enroll myself to SIM to take Accounting & Banking or Business Law courses, and also work at the same time too.

During afternoon, when the moment I reached home and stepped into my room, I received a letter from SEAB saying that GCE O level results is going to be annouced through media, and also received a password to login for private candidate to check the results online.

Yes. Tomorrow will be the first day where all the primary and secondary schools, polytechnics and ITE campus school start, and junior colleges will start a week later ahead of us. I'm sure majority of people are not looking forward to this day but we have no choice.
All of us, have to undergo education, to master and build up our foundation and general knowledge.
As what I have watch 9.30pm Channel 5 News just now, I am totally agreed with what our Singapore Prime Minister Lee Hsien Loong have said today during Edusave Scholarship presentation held at Teck Ghee Community Centre.
We need an education certificate to determine where we are heading, and in order to secure a good career and good salary in the future.
Without that, we have nowhere to go and this is totally meaningless.

That's life. Life is always full of ups and downs. We have to continue to face and overcome the challenges and obstacles, but however, the greatest fears are yet to come. We need to set our own goals and aim for what we need and want.

After 3 days of new year, I spent most of the time sleeping at home, just to regain and refresh my brain, as school starts tomorrow, and which means I am going to have my CA2 exams and projects for my 5 modules real soon. After this CA2, during end of Feb or beginning of Mar, I'll be having the major exams for the Year 1 Semester 2. Gosh. This is so time constraints. Time is running out. Time waits for no man. I guess I have to stay up the latest until 1 am to sleep everyday.

First of all, I would like to wish internet viewers out there,

HAPPY NEW YEAR 2010!

Year 2009 is indeed time flies, and now shall say goodbye 2009 and welcome 2010! (:

In 2009, my life was changed totally when the moment I stepped into ITE College East, studying Higher NITEC in Accounting. I don't care people like to say about me. So what if I retained N level in year 2007, and failed O level in year 2008? Worse comes to worse, I decided to take this path and just let it be. At least, this proves that I am not giving up in my studies just like that, and there will be a path way out.

Life between Secondary School/Junior College with Polytechnic/ITE is totally different. I can guarantee that for sure. However, once you slack or even skip school/lectures, you'll definitely missed a lot of important notes which requires you to be well-prepared for exams or projects.

Meanwhile, as I am studying Higher NITEC in Accounting at ITE College East, I am also re-taking 3 O level subjects and they are English, EMaths and Mother Tongue, just to see my certificate and grades satisfised.

After studying of 8 months, get to know quite a number of classmates, nice lecturers, and schoolmates as well too! Generally, my year 1 semester 1 GPA score was not up to what I have expected, so I am going to do it my very best for my year 1 semester 2, as well as the overall GPA for Year 1.

Recently in November 2009, just had Yuhua Cup basketball tournament. I should really thanks to the ones and the players, who were giving off their best shot, morale support, but I know that I didn't really put in my best efforts to play well. Sorry. Maybe for now, I should not be able to play competitive basketball, due to my old right knee joint injury.

For what I know so far, GCE O level 2009 results is going to be released on 12th Jan tentatively, and I only have 2 plans after I have recieved my results.

Plan 1

If I managed to pass my 3 O level subjects, I'll quit ITE and proceed to my course in a polytechnic as year 1 student at the age of 20 this year. By the time I graduated, I am already 23 and waiting for enlistment to NS for 2 years. After finishing my NS, I am already 26 and just started to look for a secure job.

Plan 2

Even though I pass or fail my 3 O level subjects, I'll still pursue to complete my ITE Accounting course. At the age of 21, I'll be enlisted to NS for 2 years. After finishing my NS, I am already 24. Still thinking of whether to pursue my studies in a polytechnic course as part-time? or just straight away to take up a degree course as part-time in the night, and work in the day?

So which plans should I take? I really have no ideas, but at the moment now, I am intending to have a driving license before I enlisted into NS.

As I have step into the 20th age century, I'm no longer as a teenage but adult for now, to be more mature, more sensible, more independent and not always depending on parents for the things which I need and want.

Perhaps, all my hobbies, childhood fun is already over, and whatever things I've regretted in the past. I guess it's time to get some serious stuff, focus in my studies, to achieve a good GPA results, and to earn and achieve the things which I need and want. Last but not least, to earn back what I have lost.

Really want to thank all my friends around me, who are the ones giving me morale support, backbone support, encouraging me and the memories for the past years but now, I just want to be whom I am for now in the past.

School is going to start less than 48 hours' time.

I am going to wish all my friends, especially the ones who are waiting for their GCE O level results, or having their GCE N and O level exams this year, and friends who are still studying in Junior College, Polytechnic, and ITE, all the best in success to excel and strive for the best in academic studies.

Perseverance and Endurance is the major key in order to know how to handle their time management, with studies and also be it with family, relatives, or friends.

Hence, I guess I really have no idea how much time I have in me to live. . . I really ponders. .
